Who we are
Fruits of Labor is a brand of Crestview Collaborative LLC, based in Wallsburg, UT 84082. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, join our email list, or place an order. Questions go to [email protected].
The short version
- We collect what we need to fill your order, answer you, and run the store.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not ask you for medical or health information.
- You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, wherever you live in the U.S.
Information you give us
- Orders: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
- Payment: entered at checkout and handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Email list: your email address, and your name if you share it.
- Messages: whatever you include when you write to us.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, cookies and similar tools record things like your device and browser, approximate location from your IP address, the pages you view, what you click, and how you arrived. Microsoft Clarity also creates recordings and heat maps of how visitors move through pages, which we use to find and fix problems.
Pregnancy and health
Our product is made for people in late pregnancy, so visiting our site or buying from us could suggest that you or someone close to you is pregnant. We treat that with care. We do not ask for health details, and please do not send us medical information we have not asked for. Fruits of Labor does not provide medical advice.
How we use information
- To process, ship, and support your order.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send order updates, and marketing emails if you signed up for them.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure and show our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and with authorities when the law requires it:
- Shopify for checkout and orders.
- Shipping carriers to deliver your order.
- Brevo for email.
- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for site analytics.
- Google Ads and Meta for advertising.
We would also transfer information if the business were sold or reorganized, and this policy would continue to protect it.
Advertising and cookies
Google and Meta tools on our site may collect information about your visit so that our ads can be measured and shown to you and to people like you. Some state laws call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising," even though no money changes hands. To opt out, email [email protected], adjust your Google and Meta ad settings, or block cookies in your browser. Parts of the site may work differently if you block cookies.
Marketing emails
We email marketing only to people who signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we will still send messages about any order you place.
How long we keep it
- Order records: up to seven years, for tax and accounting.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Messages: up to three years after your question is resolved.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, or the shorter period the provider sets.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live in the U.S., you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for targeted advertising. Email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is really you, and we will respond within 45 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep. We will not treat you differently for making a request, and if we decline one, you can ask us to review that decision.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and reputable service providers, but no system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
Our site is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
Fruits of Labor operates in the United States, and information is processed there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will give additional notice.
