What’s in it

A Fruitful Combination

Ingredients worth the effort, without the effort.

The Fruit

Organic Whole Date Powder

Whole dates, dried and ground. Dates are naturally nutrient-dense and rich in dietary fiber. Expecting mothers have traditionally consumed dates in the weeks leading to delivery.

The Seed

Date Seed Powder

The pit of the date, roasted and ground. Date seed powder naturally contains fatty acids and a range of polyphenolic plant compounds studied for their antioxidant properties. It also gives the blend its signature hint of mocha flavoring without the coffee or caffeine.

The Protein

Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides

Sourced from grass-fed cattle and broken down into smaller peptides for optimal mixing and absorption. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and a key building block of skin, bones, and connective tissue.

The Flavor

Natural Cocoa

100% Non-alkalized cocoa, meaning it retains the naturally occurring polyphenols and flavanols that are otherwise significantly reduced with common alkalizing treatments.

Ingredients: Organic Whole Date Powder, Collagen Peptides (Bovine), Date Seed Powder, Cocoa Powder, Sea Salt, Vanilla Bean.

A few answers

Frequently Asked

When should I start?

Many women start eating dates daily at around 36 weeks. Talk with your healthcare provider about what’s right for you, especially if you have gestational diabetes or other conditions.

How many dates are in a serving?

Each 2-scoop serving is made with 6+ dates’ worth of whole date powder.

What does it taste like?

Rich cocoa with a hint of mocha from the roasted date seed. Think chocolate milkshake, not health food.

Does it have caffeine?

Roasted date seed has no caffeine. Cocoa naturally contains small amounts of related compounds, so ask your provider if you’re limiting caffeine.

What else can I mix it into?

It works in hot or cold milk, oats or yogurt. A blender gives the smoothest texture.

How many servings are in a bag?

15 servings in each 44 oz (1248g) bag.

How do I store it?

Keep it in a cool, dry place and reseal it after each use. Some clumping is natural.

Does this replace medical care?

No. Fruits of Labor is a food, not a treatment. Keep working with your provider throughout your pregnancy.
